Job Description

What is the opportunity?As an Account Services Representative, will be responsible for processing routine data entry and on-line input of transactions, using basic understanding of products and processes in a production environment. Activities may also be dependent tasks or practical applications with emphasis on throughput, accuracy and production. This role is not sales oriented. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
NOTE: This position is an entry level to work casual hours. You must have availability Monday - Friday.What will you do?

Provides consistent service within established Client Service Commitments established for each department.

Ensures all documents are examined for completeness and accuracy, and takes appropriate steps to correct for client.

Identifies and recommends solutions to recurring errors and servicing gaps to Team Leader.
