Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary repairs.

Allocate work based on weekly maintenance schedules.

Train & supervise tradesman during operations, repairs and maintenance.

Monitor inventory of spares and consumables.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS policies.

Coordinate with lessees and other inter department functions.

Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing related issues

Preparation of BOQs and coordination with procurement for purchase orders
