Maximize sales growth and profitability by owning the execution of SMS and promotional campaigns while supporting the technical orchestration of automated triggers across CB2’s North American file. Manage the day-to-day operations and technology requirements of the CRM program—partnering with MarTech and Creative teams to ensure seamless delivery. Act as a key cross-functional partner by translating the integrated marketing calendar into actionable CRM tactics and delivering the analytics and insights necessary to drive a robust test-and-learn culture.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Chicago, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
