**Job Summary:**

The Associate Manager, Specimen Management supervises a team and oversees daily operations to ensure departmental objectives are achieved with quality and efficiency. This role supports operational improvement, resource planning, and team development while driving performance and compliance, on a shift from **Tuesday - Saturday from 2 to 10:30 pm.**
