The Role
Major Responsibilities:
Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing client portfolios and new target accounts.
Develop standard proposals, pitch decks, and scoping documents that clearly articulate our Work & Rewards offerings.
Lead preparation of bid documents and materials in response to client RFPs
Provide support to more senior consultants during client engagements, including meeting preparation, materials development, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create thought leadership, webinars, events, and client-facing materials that position the firm as a trusted advisor.
