Our client is recruiting an Associate with approximately 2–5 years’ post-admission/post-articles experience, specifically within the field of labour and employment law.
The successful candidate should ideally have:
Solid experience in labour and employment law Exposure to CCMA, bargaining council, labour court and disciplinary matters Strong drafting and litigation skills The ability to work independently and manage files responsibly Good client engagement and communication skills; and a strong work ethic and attention to detailThe position will involve a broad range of contentious and advisory employment law work, including disciplinary enquiries, arbitrations, labour court litigation, drafting of employment-related agreements and policies, retrenchment processes, and general employment law advisory services.
