Develop advanced investment knowledge, technical skills, and commercial acumen. Play an active role in business development, building networks, and contributing to the firm’s growth. This role builds on the foundation established as a Trainee, with increasing responsibility and autonomy, and prepares the individual for progression to Investment Manager and beyond.
