Position Summary
Responsible for managing and maintaining the marketing platform at Agency Ingram Micro. Ensures timely resolution of marketing-related cases, adheres to SLA requirements, and performs various operational and transactional tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls and email inquiries from in‑country partners within defined service levels, providing information related to marketing executions.
- Provide proactive solutions to issues or concerns across all marketing functions, including platform use, to effectively meet support needs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, AIM subgroups, and the Marketing Accounting Team to resolve in‑country counterpart queries efficiently.
- Manage and monitor marketing activities, contracts, and Help Desk tickets, and prepare activity reports as needed.
