Position Overview

The Associate General Counsel, Private Equity, of StepStone Group LP will support StepStone’s Private Equity business, and report into the Senior Associate General Counsel, Private Equity. As an integral member of the Legal team, the person filling this role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation with respect to the firm’s private equity investments, including secondary transactions, co-investments and primary fund commitments.
