Ensure technicians perform disassembly, inspect, repair and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories in our OEM MRO facility.
Carry out the work properly for specific aircraft engine parts within the cell with current approved technical data and standard work processes.
Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
Carry out Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) on equipment.
Assist the Assistant Foremen/Cell Leaders in their day‑to‑day operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
Comply and adhere to the code of ethics as well as EH&S regulations, standards, requirements and procedures.
Carry out SAP transaction.
Perform cross‑functional jobs within the department if required.
