            Associate Engineer for Command Centre (Service Delivery & Ops)  1. Jeopardy & Appointment Management  The Command Centre will monitor and address jeopardies with Controllers, Building Access, and Planners. 
Coordinate with Sales, Order Takers, and IT regarding untagged appointments. 
Controllers shall escape untagged appointments once they confirm a work order exists in ESOM but remains unlinked. 
 2. Attendance & Roll Call Management  The Command Centre will verify daily roll calls and broadcast updates to the respective contractor and Singtel controllers. 
Partner Sponsors (or their delegates) must follow up with staff to ensure data accuracy and mitigate no-show risks. 
 3. Issue Resolution  Audit and resolve tagging discrepancies originated by Sales, SDE, or Order Takers. 
Proactively notify Account Managers and Sales teams regarding pending work orders for upcoming book...
