**Job description**

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an **Associate, ECM.**

**In this role you will:**

+ Coordination on live transactions with CMA colleagues and Coverage and Sector Bankers including speaking directly with clients
+ Work closely with senior bankers and experts from other groups of the bank
+ Coordination in arranging roadshows and investor teach-ins
+ Conduct sophisticated financial analysis and relevant industry research, as well as pitch book materials
+ Perform research, market analysis, and documentation on live transactions
+ Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news
