 Requirements  5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice 
Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials 
Proven track record handling complex, cross-border transactions 
High level of commercial acumen 
Full fluency in English (both written and verbal) 
 Preferred Qualifications  Experience in Middle East markets or a willingness to relocate to the UAE
