Overview AECOM are looking for an experienced Associate Director with experience in Project Management with minimum 15 years in the construction industry including minimum of 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East.
Desired Skills & Responsibilities - Ideally involved in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract roles having managed high-profile landmark projects and has led large teams.
- Experience in a range of asset types including High-End Residential Commercial and Hospitality.
- Experience in managing and leading projects with large CAPEX values exceeding US$ 1billion.
- Ability to take ownership and lead work under minimal direction.
