The Global Commerce & Marketing Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and enabling Carrier’s global digital commerce and marketing technology ecosystem across web platforms, eCommerce, search, localization, and MarTech solutions. The role provides digital technology leadership and acts as a senior liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, enterprise architecture, and external vendors. It is accountable for the technological strategy, solution design, delivery alignment, and operational readiness for major digital initiatives, bridging marketing strategies and engineering to deliver a unified roadmap for Carrier’s global digital ecosystem.
