Lead the full lifecycle of the Student Life Fellows (SLF) program, including annual recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and recognition
Design and deliver a multi-phase SLF training curriculum, including foundational onboarding, pre-year professional development, and monthly skill-building sessions
Launch, operate, and grow the SLF Peer Mentoring initiative (launching Fall 2026), the office's primary channel for individualized peer advising and student support
Build and manage an SLF alumni database to support current fellow development and long-term program engagement
Advise a number of MBA student clubs on programming, governance, budgeting, compliance, and officer transitions
Support the full calendar of OSL signature events and traditions, including Pre-Term, Welcome Weekends, MBA Olympics, Cluster Suppers, First-Year Send-Off, and graduation programming
