            Job Description

Manage the overall delivery plan and integrated schedule, ensuring alignment across all workstreams
Maintain and continuously update the integrated program schedule and detailed workplan
Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, workshops, and working sessions
Manage enterprise engagement logistics, ensuring outputs are captured and linked to workstreams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date action, issue, decision, and dependency registers
Prepare progress updates, milestone substantiation, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders
Coordinate program closeout, transition activities, and knowledge capture
Ensure delivery activities are aligned to practical pilots and active program opportunities
Provide structure and discipline to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
