About the Role

Drive the human side of enterprise-wide Future of Work Transformation Program. This role ensures that AI adoption is not just technically deployed, but deeply embedded into how our people think, work, and lead.

The role serves as the bridge between technology delivery teams and the business - shaping culture, capability, and confidence across the organization.

Coordinates for cross functional SME support (including GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives with GIO) to accelerate value and sustainable adoption

Design and execute an enterprise change management strategy aligned to the Future of Work transformation roadmap, covering people, process, policy and culture dimensions
