This role will support the management of the participating business, including to manage the bonus and other discretionary benefits recommendation, regular asset share reporting, determination of policyholder illustration / other regulatory disclosures, as well as other initiatives and ad-hoc projects. It will also provide support on product oversight from actuarial and risk perspectives, engaging in the product development process and assisting the review of product-related materials.
Preferred skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in AXIS, Prophet ALS or other actuarial software is not required but a plus.
Experience in HK-specific Par management and Product/ Pricing is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
