Associate Town Planner (DCO/Infrastructure) – London area. Central London location. Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME focused on infrastructure projects and development planning.
Responsibilities
Support infrastructure-type projects and Development Consent Order (DCO) / Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP) work.
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver planning-led solutions.
Contribute to policy planning and development management activities within a dynamic team.
Qualifications
6+ years of UK Town Planning experience (minimum).
Experience working on infrastructure projects / DCOs, NSIPs, etc.
RTPI membership preferred, or working toward MRTPI.
Experience in development management or policy planning; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
