General Purpose

The Associate Corporate Counsel, Employment and Litigation is a hands‑on role for a mid‑level attorney with familiarity with employment and labor laws who is eager to join a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment. You will support the Employment Practices Legal team by working with and supporting senior litigation counsel and the VP, Corporate Employment attorney in managing the company’s employment litigation portfolio and in advising the company’s human resources teams and facility administrators on workforce compliance employment and risk management.

Employment Litigation & Claims

• Manage and support, under supervision of senior litigation counsel, a portion of the company’s employment‑related claims in 18 states, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
• Assist in responding to administrative agency charges (e.g., EEOC, DFEH/CRD, Labor Commissioner)
