Job Purpose

To support the Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking Division on administration tasks and to ensure the interest of the Bank is protected.

Accountabilities

• Account Monitoring (MIAs) – assist RM in issuing reminder/follow‑up letters.
• Issuance of Letter of Support for tendering of projects/contracts and related correspondence to Facility Agent and other stakeholders.
• Prepare Financial Performance Report for annual audit purposes (for Internal Auditor on a yearly basis).
• Provide job‑related reports (Monthly Loan Origination, Monthly Loan Growth, Monthly Review Extension statistics) for Director/HOD consumption; a copy to be furnished to admin coordinator for compilation.
• Coordinate with Branches, Group Risk Management, and other stakeholders as necessary (status of applications/request, requests for statement/tax invoice, review extension, etc.).
