ROLE PURPOSE

The Associate, Business Transformation Ops is responsible for supporting resourcing and staff allocation within the Media Practice area specifically for our Global employee population. You will partner with Business Leaders, RM and our Global Talent Acquisition partners. You will manage multiple assignments and processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly – within and outside of your team. This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage candidate submissions and schedule interviews for global talent.
• Input, update, and maintain data in workforce management and resource allocation tool.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies through regular audits and validation checks.
