Job Purpose To drive broker‑led sales growth through strategic relationship management, market activation, and performance enablement. This role supports the expansion of Aldar’s broker network locally and internationally, ensuring broker partners are equipped, engaged, and delivering against defined revenue and registration KPIs.
Roles & Responsibilities - Act as a brand ambassador for Aldar and its project portfolio, ensuring maximum visibility and broker buy‑in across assigned markets.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new broker agencies to support Aldar’s sales targets across UAE and global markets.
