Description
Robert Half is partnering with a high end commercial litigation firm in lovely San Clemente, needing another associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. However, this firm also has a sattelite office in Downtown Los Angeles, and this associate can sit there, too.


This attorney will be responsible for a variety of cases in different practice areas – from white collar criminal defense to trade secret litigation. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to take ownership of projects and grow as a litigator.


Responsibilities:

o Motions

o Briefs

o Discovery

o Meet & confer letters

o Depositions

o Trial prep/attendance (firm goes to trial 3-4x/year)

· Billables: 1800. Most associates bill just around that.


Pay is contingent upon fluency with the duties above, pedigree of firms worked at, and stability on resume.
