Job Description
This role supports billing and invoicing operations through effective project management and cross‑functional coordination. The position will work closely with Account Management, Workforce Management, Delivery and Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support the end‑end invoicing process including Client Portal tracking and management to ensure timely invoicing and collections and business‑as‑usual improvements.
