Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations.
• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and a strong grasp of the local market.
• Manage various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost‑optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more.
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for future challenges.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
