Analyze designated market situation and provide proposal for business opportunities
Identify potential market segment for further acquisition
Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated market
Provide feedback and update Admin on operational changes to ensure SOP / GP in accordance to company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements and act
Coordinate with other BUs on all business related projects, e.g. events, promotions and Guest Service training for all Casino team members with other managers to insure a cohesive interdepartmental team relationship
Interact / hosting of guests, attend to their needs / gather feedback to ensure excellent service and hospitality to the guests
Review manpower planning, training and development of team members which includes daily and long-term operations, coaching, mentoring, motivate team members’ performance
