Diagnose and troubleshoot VSAT/VHF/Voice communication system faults and symptoms with OEM software and test equipment (Spectrum Analyser, Power Meter, etc)
Interpret troubleshooting results to determine best course of action to restore VSAT system and resolve technical hardware and software related issues
Installation new VSAT equipment and upgrade communication/network equipment (Multiplexer, ADC, Kilomux, Routers, Switches, SNMP devices etc)
Perform works on Krone box connectivity from VSAT VHF, PTT connections lines (4W E&M) out from AB switch and Multiplexers.
Conduct VSAT training to maintenance team, analyse existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
