Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Head of Robinsons Destination Estates, the Assistant Technical Manager / Technical Manager will support the planning, design, and construction of destination estate projects

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of development project
• Review architectural plans, drawings, and design proposal
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on design and construction requirement
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standard
• Support site inspections and provide technical recommendation
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for management
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Robinsons Destination Estates
