This leadership role includes team supervisory responsibilities, administrative support, and contribution to studio and individual sales goals. During retail hours, the ASM is a front‐line support for present clients and team members – from efficient check‐in/out and session flow to on‐the‐spot soft skills coaching. While not present on the studio floor, the ASM tracks and solves escalated customer issues, participates in strategy to improve performance, and helps in resource allocation.
