Assistant Store Manager

Compensation: $44,990-$48,850 Annually
The Assistant Store Manager will serve an on‑floor leadership role, working closely with hourly team members to lead, coach, and support the store while managing daily operations and contributing to the processing of donated goods.
Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% donor and customer service satisfaction.
- Model the Customer Care Cycle (I Care) consistently in all interactions and mentor the team.
- Assist in employee scheduling while maintaining budgeted wage-to-sales ratios.
- Support the management of the donated goods retail business in line with Goodwill’s river system business model, guiding principles, and organizational goals.
- Train, develop, and supervise team members.
- Prepare time and attendance reports.
