ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our client, a big pharmaceutical retailer’s team in various stores across the Northern Suburbs, Boland and Garden Route.

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the complete operation of the store, managing employees and being responsible for store targets. The successful candidate will also maintain the store inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels – anticipating customer demand as well as preparing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.

Stock Control

• Manage and ensure that all orders are done daily, on time and maintain correct stock levels.
• Managing stock flow to floor.
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage Stock takes on a Bi-annual basis in conjunction with the Store Admin Manager - and Store Manager.
