            Responsibilities Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of all construction materials and equipment 
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels for all materials 
Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss or deterioration of materials 
Monitor stock levels and initiate material requisitions to avoid shortages 
Conduct regular stock verification, reconciliation and audits 
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly stock and consumption reports 
Coordinate with project engineers, procurement team and site staff for material requirements 
Ensure timely availability of materials in line with project schedules and priorities 
Track material movement between store and site locations 
Maintain proper documentation of Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Delivery Notes (DN), Issue Vouchers and Material Requisitions
