• Represent Health Hut’s values in every interaction, whether in person, online, or over the phone.
• Develop strong product knowledge across all brands and confidently share recommendations.
• Build authentic connections through one‑on‑one conversations and thoughtful service.
• Manage customer needs across all channels (in‑store, phone, email, Reamaze chat), resolving questions or concerns with care.
• Process purchases and returns using Shopify POS and related apps.
• Manage facial and mini‑facial event bookings, including payment processing.
• Collaborate with the retail team to meet sales goals and share proactive ideas to enhance the customer experience.
