Coordinate and oversee daily stock count and compliance activities within the applicable base operation;

Monitor adherence to stock control, stock handling, trolley sealing, and storage procedures;

Review stock count results and investigate stock variances, discrepancies, and compliance concerns;

Ensure stock records and supporting documentation are completed accurately and timeously; 

Escalate significant operational, compliance, or stock-related risks to the Team Leader;

Compile and submit stock count reports, variance reports, and compliance findings for the Cape Town operation;

Monitor recurring trends and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and compliance;

Maintain accurate stock control records and supporting documentation;

Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Stock & Compliance Assistants based in Cape Town;
