About the role

Assistant Spa Manager – supports the Director of Spa in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. This role combines hands‑on operational support with leadership, guest engagement, and administrative responsibilities.

What you will do

• Ensure the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and well‑maintained, including ambient lighting, music, temperature, and overall presentation.
• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment; ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
• Assist during peak periods, special events, or staff shortages by providing operational and hands‑on support.
