Schedule appointments, conduct sales visits, and engage early with new-to-bank customers to build lasting relationships.
Perform cross-selling of other retail banking products such as ASB Financing, Personal Financing, Credit Cards, and other relevant offerings.
Deliver a high standard of customer experience consistent with the Bank’s quality and service standards, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
