**Duties and responsibilities**
Financial returns:
+ Achieve budgeted revenues and personal sales goals and maximise profitability.
+ Monitors competitor’s activities and assists in marketing intelligence
+ Sells all facets of the hotel with a view to optimizing opportunities for revenue growth
+ Initiates and prepares tenders for business
+ Assesses sales and marketing data
+ Assist in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget
+ Monitor budget and control expenses in sales.
+ Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends

People:
+ Manage key accounts and their hotel history
+ Travel when required to promote the hotel and develop potential business.
