Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily store operations and drive regional sales targets.
• Lead and mentor Retail Sales Experts on the sales floor.
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer relations (Premium brands preferred).
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
