Role Overview
The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) will be responsible for driving guest experience, service excellence, and floor leadership at Fieno.
This role requires a wine-forward hospitality professional with formal WSET certification, strong service fundamentals, and the ability to elevate dining into a curated, narrative-led Italian experience inspired by Campania.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Floor Leadership
- Lead service on the floor to deliver warm, anticipatory, and personalized dining experiences
- Ensure each table receives story-driven service aligned with Fieno’s philosophy (craft, provenance, nostalgia)
- Handle VIP guests, reservations, and special occasions with finesse
- Proactively manage guest feedback, recovery, and relationship building
