Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct construction projects related to highway/bridges, facilities/buildings, or rail/transit projects from conception to closeout.Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and verifying contractor submissions.Identify and document nonconforming work and ensure timely corrective actionOversee and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and change orders.Review and ensure DWR’s are completed accurately and timelyMonitor contractor performance, project schedules, milestones, project progress, and critical pathSupervise and mentor inspectors and field technicians to ensure proper coverage and documentation.Serve as the primary contact with CTDOT and project stakeholders, including contrac...
