Key Responsibilities - Support Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality, personalized services to High Net Worth (HNW) clients
- Assist in account opening, account maintenance , and execution of trades/orders
- Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding , including enhanced KYC reviews and benchmarking
- Respond to client and RM enquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide administrative and operational support, including ad hoc tasks as required
