Core responsibilities:

• Quotation submission, handle progress claims and progress payment, VO and finalization of accounts
• Prepare and maintain Contracts documents for sub-contractors / Suppliers
• Sourcing sub-contractors and Suppliers
• Coordination in prepare project budget and income projection
• Negotiation with sub-contractors / Suppliers
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyor, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments
• Prepare and issue Purchase order and matching with Delivery order, if any.
• Accountability of Department Daily Functions and Activities;
• Provide guidance in the Overall Contracts Administration issues;
• Maintain the Cost Control and Budgeting Process
