Conduct independent quantity surveying work, including drawing take-off, data review and cross-checking.
Support the full cost management cycle: cost planning & estimation, BOQ compilation, tender and contract document preparation, variation order review & negotiation, and final account settlement.
Collaborate and develop good working relationships with QS team members and external stakeholders.
Attend meetings and site inspections when required.

Meet the requirements
Diploma or above, majored in Quantity Surveying, Project Costing, Construction Management, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 1 year working experience in construction cost consultancy or building construction sector.
Proficient in measurement methodologies, BOQ valuation standards, quantity calculation software and drawing take-off tools.
