Work with the R&D team on quality planning from the early stage of product development.
Manage overall quality activities across the Business Unit, including product development, customer requirements, sales support, inventory, and product transition.
Set quality goals for the BU and support departments in achieving them.
Build and improve quality systems, project development processes, and IPD processes.
Identify project risks, monitor product quality performance, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Handle customer complaints, major quality issues, and product quality problems, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
Monitor project process compliance and lead technical review assessments.
Use data analysis to identify problems and improve processes continuously.
Organize stage review meetings during the R&D phase.
