            Documentation & Quality Records  Prepare, maintain, and organize QA/QC documentation for ongoing projects. 
Ensure inspection records, reports, and quality-related documents are properly filed, updated, and maintained. 
Prepare material submittals, inspection checklists, test reports, and handover documentation. 
Maintain document control for drawings, method statements, technical submissions, and project records. 
Track and monitor material certificates, calibration certificates, and testing reports for compliance and traceability purposes. 
Assist in the preparation of FAT/SAT documentation and project quality dossiers. 
 QA/QC Coordination  Coordinate with project, engineering, production, and site teams for submission and collection of QA/QC records and documents. 
Follow up on outstanding QA/QC documentation from suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
