Responsibilities

• Plan and implement procurement strategies aligned with business growth and operational needs. Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply risks to ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, ingredients, and operational supplies. Develop and maintain contingency sourcing plans to minimise supply disruption.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that deliver the best balance of quality, cost, and service. Build and sustain strong relationships with both local and overseas suppliers. Lead regular supplier performance reviews, audits, and improvement initiatives. Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to drive value for the business.
