Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects 
Updating and alerting Project Manager on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays 
Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basis updates 
Perform schedule monitoring and updating on construction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports with commitments and forecast 
Monitor project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through project audits
