A competent and driven Assistant Project Manager to support Project Manager in the successful execution of the Toa Payoh Integrated Development project.
The incumbent will play a key role in supporting project planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring assigned works are completed in accordance with project timelines, budget requirements, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. To oversee and coordinate of ISH & AQC superstructural construction and finishing works. Control of offsite fabrication & delivery of structure elements.
This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and technical knowledge in large-scale integrated or mixed-use developments.
He/She reports to the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Director / Senior Project Director and is stationed at the project site, with occasional visits to HQ for meetings.
